Community Busy Bee – Sunday the 20th of September

It’s time to roll up the sleeves again and give the Bowlo a bit of community TLC. We’re holding our next Community Busy Bee on Sunday the 20th of September from 8 am–12 midday, and we’d love a few extra hands to help us knock over a range of jobs around the club.

There’ll be bacon and egg burgers and a tea station for volunteers, and plenty of different jobs to tackle, including:

• Prepping and painting tables

• Weeding and filling the skip

• Tidying and organising the kitchen

• Clearing and tidying the graveyard area

• Organising the storeroom according to our new plan

• Cleaning windows inside and out

• Plus a specific kitchen job for anyone with carpentry skills

Whether you can stay for the whole morning or just lend a hand for a while, every bit helps. Email manager@northfreobowlo.com if you can come, because knowing numbers beforehand will help us plan the morning (and the breakfast burgers), but you’re also welcome to simply turn up on the day.

It’s a practical way to contribute to the Bowlo and help keep our community space looking and working its best.
