We are bringing interested community members together into volunteer groups of interest, to help mobilise around a broad range of key tasks.

Current Volunteering vacancies

Club Photographer

  • Take photos during events and games

  • Capture fun, social moments and appropriate consent

  • Share images with the team for promos

Raffle Rockstar

  • Sell raffle tickets on Friday nights

  • Chat with members and visitors

  • Rostered every 6–8 weeks (1–2 hrs)

  • Sign up at the club

Soup Squad Hero

  • Make a batch of soup for Friday nights

  • Label ingredients (dietary needs)

  • Drop off on Friday’s before 4pm

  • Sign up for your preferred day at the club.

Pouring Pros (RSA Ready)

  • Serve drinks responsibly (RSA needed—we can help)

  • Cover Sunday arvos or special events

  • Keep bar tidy and stocked

Whiteboard Wizard (Social Bowls)

  • Run the Sunday whiteboard (every 4–6 weeks)

  • Organise teams and keep games flowing

  • Includes 1 drink 🍺

Event All-Rounder

  • Help with tickets and welcoming guests

  • Clear glasses, tidy, wash dishes

  • Jump into the fun when it’s quiet

Safety Spotter

  • Review CCTV and note issues

  • Submit simple reports to police

  • Help keep the club safe

Volunteer Wrangler

  • Coordinate volunteer roster

  • Communicate roles and needs

  • Help everyone feel supported

Window Wizard

  • Clean windows as needed

  • Help keep the club sparkling

  • Quick but appreciated job

Bowl Retriever

  • Collect stray bowls from rinks

  • Remind players when needed

  • Keep games moving smoothly

Sunday Sound Maker

  • Play music on selected Sundays

  • Suit a relaxed, social crowd

  • Option for Saturday night gigs

Promo Superstar

  • Help with marketing and promotions

  • Share events and updates

  • Support growing the club community

Garden Guru

  • Weed and maintain garden areas

  • Grow/plant succulent cuttings

  • Keep the space looking fresh

Fix-It Legend

  • Help with painting, paving, repairs

  • Assist with clean-ups and odd jobs

Partners

We are looking for annual business and multi-year foundation partners to join us in setting the club up for success, allowing us to build and grow a thriving and sustainable club.

The start-up phase will get the doors open this year and get the site set up and ready for the community, members and events. Ongoing funding is required as we grow our membership and revenue streams. We aim to create a financially sustainable model and contribute to the precinct.
