Doors open 5.30pm. Bounce down 6:10pm.
It's wharfie time! The Dockers are taking on the Cats on Thursday 18th June and we are opening up the club for this very special occasion. Let’s pack the place and cheer on one more back-to-back stunner by the Dockers together! Bar will be open. BYO food.
(The club will open again on Thursday 9th July for Dockers V Sydney!)
Friday night Dumplings at the Bowlo
Friday's weather is looking fine for a roll! Cool, sunny days are our favourite for lawn bowls, free for members, $10 for guests. We also have free pool and darts for members (just show your membership card at the bar) and Chubby Dumplings will be serving home-made soup dumplings, pan-fried dumplings, and wonton noodles, with more than 90% of the menu crafted from cherished family recipes.
Saturday Hoedown
Our line dancing events have been super popular so we've added some more to the calendar, including a NEW Family Hoedown! Grab the kids and your nan and come along for a fun, easy-going afternoon of line dancing for all ages. No experience needed. Just follow along, have a laugh, and enjoy fun music in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Sunday Winter Solstice
Open from 2pm, fires and food from 4pm, Chase the Ace from 4pm - 5pm.
Celebrate Winter Solstice this Sunday at the Bowlo. Warm up by the fire pit with mulled wine and free marshmallows. Plus our favourite food truck Chubby Dumplings is back. Bring a jacket. Kids must be supervised.
Coming soon - Sunday Crafternoons
Join us for a series of relaxing Sunday Crafternoons in July where we'll slow down, learn new skills, chat with new friends and switch off our screens. Our first sessions include embroidering the Dingo Flour Mill onto a tote bag, and embroidering the Containbow onto a cap. No experience needed.

Volunteering at the Bowlo
The Bowlo is a community led club and we have a few volunteer positions to fill. Email secretary@northfreobowlo.com for more information. We are currently looking for:
A Community Safety Volunteer to support the club from home for a few, flexible hours a week
Volunteers to host craft sessions, board games, card games or even a book club at the Club over winter
An electrician for the finishing touches on our kitchen restoration project
Volunteers to help out at any of the above events!
