Venue Hire Options
Saturday Licensed Private Functions
Perfect for weddings, milestone birthdays, engagement parties and corporate celebrations.
From 1 October, the minimum Saturday licensed function hire fee will increase from $500 to $750.
Good news: There are still a handful of Saturdays available in August and September, so now is the perfect time to secure your date at the current rate.
Morning Private Functions
Hosting a children's birthday party, community meeting or family celebration?
Our private morning hire option is available before midday, outside of our licensed trading hours. These bookings are now staffed to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience for $300 for 4 hours (including setup and pack down time.
BBQ Area Bookings
Our popular BBQ area, including the large outdoor white table, is now available to reserve during opening hours for $50.
Members can book online through Hello Club by selecting Bookings → Outdoor Table and BBQ.
Ladies Lounge
Looking for a smaller indoor space? The Ladies Lounge remains available to book during opening hours for $50.
Lawn Bowls
Members can continue to enjoy one of the Bowlo's favourite perks—bowling rink bookings remain free.
